What Do We Expect You to Develop When You Join Us?
- Full payroll cycle management.
- Comprehensive labor advisory services for company clients.
- Preparation of salary receipts and social security contributions.
- Preparation of personnel cost summaries.
- Updating labor agreements and regularizing back pay and bonuses.
- Submission and retrieval of online documents via Sistema Red, Certific@, Delt@, and Contrat@.
- Processing employee registrations (hiring) and terminations.
- Monthly reporting of costs, contract expirations, and IT/AT processes.
- Preparation of contract extensions, modifications, conversions, and novations.
- Registration, deregistration, and data modifications across different labor regimes, such as the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers, Special Assimilated Regime, Internship Regime, etc.
- Preparation of state and regional IRPF tax documents: Forms 111, 216, 190, and 296.
- Processing bank remittances.
- Preparation of income certificates and withholding tax statements.
What Profile Are We Looking For?
- Degree in Labor Relations and/or Labor Sciences.
- Recent graduate with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar functions.
- Knowledge of the Suasor payroll software (Microsoft Dynamics Nav) is a plus.
- Experience with Sistema Red, Siltr@, Contrat@, Delt@, and advanced Excel skills is valued.
- Good level of English (minimum B2).
- A highly collaborative professional who enjoys teamwork.
- Strong learning ability, positive attitude, and proactive mindset.
