What Do We Expect You to Develop While You're Here?
- Carrying out the complete payroll cycle.
- Providing comprehensive labor advice to the company's clients.
- Preparing salary receipts and social security contributions.
- Preparing personnel cost summaries.
- Updating labor agreements and regularizing back pay and bonuses.
- Submitting and obtaining online documents: Sistema Red, Certific@, Delt@, and Contrat@.
- Managing worker registrations (hiring) and terminations (cessations).
- Monthly communication of costs, contract expirations, IT/AT processes, etc.
- Preparing contract extensions, modifications, conversions, and novations.
- Managing registrations, terminations, and data changes in different regimes: Special Self-Employed Workers Regime, Special Regime for Assimilated Workers, Intern Regime, etc.
- Preparing state and regional IRPF (personal income tax) documents: models 111, 216, 190, and 296.
- Preparing bank remittances.
- Preparing certificates for earnings and withholdings for IRPF and communication of payer data.
- Drafting legal-labor reports and reports for international clients.
- Conducting labor Due Diligences.
What Profile Are We Looking For?
- Degree or Diploma in Labor Relations and/or Labor Sciences.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas – VLOOKUP – HLOOKUP).
- Strong command of the SAGE or A3NOM program.
- Professional experience with tools such as Sistema Red, Siltr@, Contrat@, Delt@, and advanced Excel skills.
- Good level of English (minimum B2-C1).
- Highly collaborative professional.
