What Do We Expect You to Develop When You Join Us?

  • Full payroll cycle management.
  • Comprehensive labor advisory services for company clients.
  • Preparation of salary receipts and social security contributions.
  • Preparation of personnel cost summaries.
  • Updating labor agreements and regularizing back pay and bonuses.
  • Submission and retrieval of online documents via Sistema Red, Certific@, Delt@, and Contrat@.
  • Processing employee registrations (hiring) and terminations.
  • Monthly reporting of costs, contract expirations, and IT/AT processes.
  • Preparation of contract extensions, modifications, conversions, and novations.
  • Registration, deregistration, and data modifications across different labor regimes, such as the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers, Special Assimilated Regime, Internship Regime, etc.
  • Preparation of state and regional IRPF tax documents: Forms 111, 216, 190, and 296.
  • Processing bank remittances.
  • Preparation of income certificates and withholding tax statements.

What Profile Are We Looking For?

  • Degree in Labor Relations and/or Labor Sciences.
  • Recent graduate with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar functions.
  • Knowledge of the Suasor payroll software (Microsoft Dynamics Nav) is a plus.
  • Experience with Sistema Red, Siltr@, Contrat@, Delt@, and advanced Excel skills is valued.
  • Good level of English (minimum B2).
  • A highly collaborative professional who enjoys teamwork.
  • Strong learning ability, positive attitude, and proactive mindset.
