What do we expect you to develop while you're here?

  • Telephone and email support.
  • Welcoming and attending to visitors at the office.
  • Coordination and management of meeting rooms.
  • Handling of mail and parcel deliveries.
  • Receiving and managing correspondence/burofax.
  • Office supplies and material management.
  • Processing supplier invoices.

What profile are we looking for?

  • Intermediate Vocational Training in Administration, Higher Education Degree, or similar qualifications.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role.
  • A professional with a customer service focus, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
