What do we expect you to develop while you're here?
- Telephone and email support.
- Welcoming and attending to visitors at the office.
- Coordination and management of meeting rooms.
- Handling of mail and parcel deliveries.
- Receiving and managing correspondence/burofax.
- Office supplies and material management.
- Processing supplier invoices.
What profile are we looking for?
- Intermediate Vocational Training in Administration, Higher Education Degree, or similar qualifications.
- A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role.
- A professional with a customer service focus, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
