What Do We Expect You to Develop While You're Here?

  • Care of the physical office space: maintenance, supervision of cleaning, and management of repairs and incidents.
  • Employee management: meeting the needs of on-site work. Incident resolution.
  • Management with suppliers.
  • Review and recording of invoices.
  • Internal communications.
  • Management of employees' mobile phones.
  • Event planning.
  • Management of office-related purchases.
  • Telephone and email support.
  • Reception of in-person visits to the office.
  • Coordination and management of meeting rooms.
  • Management of courier and parcel services.
  • Reception and management of correspondence/burofax.
  • Material management of the office.

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

  • Intermediate Vocational Training in Administration or Higher Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • An organized professional with the ability to manage teamwork, a problem-solving attitude, empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • Good level of English (B2); knowledge of other languages will be valued.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
