Accounting and Tax Manager

What do we expect you to develop when you are here?

• Responsible for managing the portfolio of international clients.
• Provide support to the team in resolving client inquiries.
• Direct interaction with both international and domestic clients for work coordination.
• Supervise the team’s functions.
• Ensure the quality of service provided by the professionals in the area.

We tell you what profile we are looking for:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Mandatory Master's degree in Taxation.
• Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) and Spanish.
• Proficient in office software tools.
• Knowledge of A3 and SAGE is highly valued.
• Training in balance sheet analysis is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial or similar role.
• Experience in providing accounting and tax advisory services to clients and preparing reports.
• Organized professional with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Clear focus on goal-oriented work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
