Commercial Lawyer (Compliance Specialist)

• A graduate in Law with a Master’s in Legal Practice.
• Additional specialization with a Master’s in Commercial Law is a plus.
• A professional with 3-5 years of experience in a corporate/commercial law department.
• Expertise in commercial compliance.
• High proficiency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of Catalan is highly valued.
• Ability to work with full autonomy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, with excellent analytical skills and a strong legal perspective.
