What Do We Expect You to Develop While You're Here?

• Provide labor law advice to the firm’s clients.
• Address and resolve queries related to labor law.
• Develop and define procedural and extraprocedural strategies for labor cases.
• Provide legal defense.
• Offer advice and representation during Labor Inspections.
• Conduct Due Diligence processes.

The Profile We’re Looking For

• Law degree with a Master’s in Legal Practice.
• Registered as a practicing lawyer.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within a labor law department.
• A Master’s in Labor Law is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive, with initiative and a strong passion for labor law.
• Collaborative and professionally ambitious.
• Confidence and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within your responsibilities (with some supervision).
• Strong interpersonal skills for direct client, colleague, and global stakeholder interactions.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
