What do we expect you to do when you are here?

  • Complete management, from start to finish, of the selection processes.
  • Writing, design and publication of job offers in different portals.Direct search of candidates according to the needs of the departments.
  • Making initial phone calls and face-to-face and virtual interviews, to identify skills and motivations of the candidates.
  • Conducting group dynamics. Writing and preparation of interview reports.
  • Carrying out selection processes for scholarships, with subsequent management with the university.
  • Participation in the Onboarding process of new incorporations in Baker Tilly. 
  • Management of the participation in the different Job Fairs in Spain, of interest to Baker Tilly.
  • Participation in the Job Fairs of Schools and/or Universities.

This is the profile we are looking for:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Law, Labour Relations, or similar. 
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources is highly valued. 
  • At least 1 year of experience in the field of talent attraction and selection. 
  • Previous experience in a recruitment consultancy will be an asset. 
  • Good level of English (minimum B2). 
  • Proactive, agile person with excellent communication skills. Human person, who likes teamwork and is passionate about the world of people.
