What do we expect you to develop when you are here?

  • Advising and supporting employees on matters related to policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
  • Managing internal applications such as expense allowances, vacations, time tracking, among others.
  • Designing and implementing talent retention and professional development programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations.
  • Participating in the creation and execution of organizational development strategies and corporate culture initiatives.
  • Coordinating well-being and workplace climate activities.
  • Supporting cross-departmental projects within the People & Culture department according to business needs.

We tell you what profile we are looking for:

  • University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
  • A specialized Master's degree in Human Resources is highly valued.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in people management.
  • Good level of English (minimum B2).
  • Proactive, agile individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Someone who enjoys teamwork.
