What do we expect you to develop when you are here?
- Advising and supporting employees on matters related to policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Managing internal applications such as expense allowances, vacations, time tracking, among others.
- Designing and implementing talent retention and professional development programs.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations.
- Participating in the creation and execution of organizational development strategies and corporate culture initiatives.
- Coordinating well-being and workplace climate activities.
- Supporting cross-departmental projects within the People & Culture department according to business needs.
We tell you what profile we are looking for:
- University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
- A specialized Master's degree in Human Resources is highly valued.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in people management.
- Good level of English (minimum B2).
- Proactive, agile individual with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys teamwork.
