What Do We Expect You to Develop While You're Here?

• Participate in the preparation of all necessary documentation related to M&A processes.
• Support the execution of ongoing process strategies defined by the Dealmaker.
• Assist in conducting detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, comparable transactions, and multiples.
• Collaborate in performing market analyses, competitive positioning studies, and identifying new potential investors for ongoing processes.
• Take part in project coordination, including direct communication with investors or sellers, under the guidance of the Dealmaker.

The Profile We Are Looking For:

• A student looking to complete an internship to strengthen the M&A team.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields.
• Prior internships in M&A, data analysis, or related areas are a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A dynamic, proactive, and analytical student.
• Motivated to explore and learn about the M&A field.
