Some of your responsibilities would be:
- Generating all necessary documentation related to processes.Â
- Execution of the ongoing process strategy as defined by the Dealmaker.Â
- Perform detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable transactions and multiples.
- Â Perform market analysis, competitive position and search for new potential investors for the processes.Â
- Participate in the coordination of the project, including the direct relationship with the investor or seller, under the Dealmaker's command.

As a team! With the help of a team of analysts and with direct contact with the Partner and Dealmakers and with the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team within the company (tax, legal, labour...).
With Traininig! We have a Knowledge Management System (KMS) that will help you understand all the company's methodologies.
With Agile methodology! Every morning, we hold a daily briefing with the team, as well as fortnightly sprints, to help us focus on achieving our objectives.
We tell you what profile we are looking for:
- Graduate in ADE, Economics or similar.
- Minimum experience of 2/3 years in the field of auditing.Â
- Good command of Excel is highly valued.Â
- Advanced English at written and spoken level, and knowledge of other languages is an asset.Â
- Proactive, self-motivated and passionate about results.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Â
- Ability to work as part of a team.Â
- Critical analysis and proposals for improvement.Â
- Interest in the world of technology, corporate finance, investment or consultancy is a plus.
- Â Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus.
