What do we expect you to do when you are here?

• Support in CV screening.participation in initial telephone or video interviews to identify candidates' skills and motivations.accompaniment in interviews with candidates.
• Accompaniment in group dynamics.

What profile are we looking for?

• A student in the final year of a degree in Labour Relations, Law, Psychology (or similar), or studying a Master's degree in Human Resources.
• Good level of English (minimum B2).
• Interest in dealing with people and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A person with a high capacity to adapt to change and good teamwork skills.
• Agile, analytical and organised person.Initiative, proactivity, curiosity and the desire to learn must characterise you.
