Tell us about yourself
In my formative stage I specialized in the labor sector, specifically in the areas of legal advice and personnel management, with a double degree and a master’s degree in labor law and human resources administration. After working in different areas of HR and different national and multinational firms, I am currently a partner in the Employment Advisory area.
My work focuses mainly on comprehensive job advice to companies and on the implementation and development in professional environments of all types of administrative processes related to the work environment. I also have extensive experience in the performance of due diligence, management of training, processing of benefits, implementation of flexible pay plans and in the relationship with the Labour Authorities.
At the moment I am responsible for the outsourcing and labor advice of several firms, both SMEs, cooperatives and associations and large business groups and Spanish subsidiaries of multinational firms.
What do you value most about your day to day?
In addition to working with a good atmosphere, facing daily situations with good humour and having a cohesive group that faces challenges in an assertive way, It really motivates me to see the professional and personal growth of my team and how they combine their efforts to achieve common goals and results.
How do you think the last few years have influenced the way you work?
Undoubtedly technology has been put at the service of the areas of social security and administration and labor management of companies. This has given innumerable advantages, such as improved efficiency and speed in certain procedures, but it has also led us to demand a better method of review and to work more rigorously due to the processes of control and management of data by the Administration.
