I have led and coordinated multiple strategic consulting projects, M&A operations, financial audits, financial consulting, business plans as well as business appraisal, due diligence or IBR. Currently, since 2017 I am an Advisory partner at Baker Tilly.
What do you value most about your day to day? And being part of Baker Tilly?
Being part of Baker Tilly allows me to be part of a dynamic, growing organization that gives greater importance to customer satisfaction every day, but without forgetting that the satisfaction of the staff involved depends on it.
How do you think the last few years have influenced the way you work?
In my opinion, I would highlight the emergence of new technologies promoted by the need to adapt to the circumstances that have allowed an optimization of times, as well as a greater degree of worker mobility. I also believe that companies whose most relevant capital is human (like Baker Tilly) who want to be competitive have understood that they must improve the skills of their employees to give better service and, in addition, motivate and retain valued workers.
