Tell us about yourself
I hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid, a career path I began with the aim of specializing in financial auditing. I started my professional journey as an auditor in the year 2000 and have been a member of the Official Registry of Auditors (ROAC) since 2006.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to participate in and lead both audit and assurance projects across various sectors such as Real Estate, Industrial, Commercial, Construction, and Non-Profit Organizations. I am currently a partner at Baker Tilly.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
My advice is to take every opportunity to learn and not be afraid of challenges. Auditing and consulting requires patience and a constant commitment to training, but it also offers great rewards. Being flexible, listening carefully and working as part of a team are key qualities. Also be curious and always contribute with empathy.
What do you value most in your daily routine? And in being part of Baker Tilly?
What I value most in my daily routine is the opportunity to face new challenges that allow me to continuously learn and improve, while maintaining a balance between family and work. This balance is easier to achieve as part of Baker Tilly, where we can advance professionally while maintaining the necessary personal equilibrium.
