With a vocation as a teacher, multidisciplinary and very oriented to customer and internal service, I feel fulfilled to be able to share my knowledge both in my duties as a consultant and in those of Manager of the Employment Advisory department.
How do you think the last few years have influenced the way you work?
My way of working in the BT stage is characterized by the strong sense of team, where we are all necessary and complementary, collaborating for a unique purpose: achieving excellence without losing humility and authenticity.
What do you value most about your day to day? And being part of Baker Tilly?
As it can not be otherwise, the human team is the basis of my daily satisfaction. Every day we face new challenges, we help and learn from each other, we communicate in an excellent way, whether to thank or congratulate, as to correct or express needs for improvement, and all with humor, affection and respect.
