How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?
The last few years have brought significant changes in the way of working due to digitalization and the need to adapt to new regulations. The pandemic accelerated the adoption of technologies that facilitated remote work, allowing for greater flexibility but also requiring a more proactive approach to communication and time management.
