Tell us about yourself

With over 30 years of experience in the professional services sector and after several years of training at KPMG in Madrid and Boston, I have had the responsibility of leading the growth and development of Audalia Nexia, a firm with 45 years of history founded by my father, Santiago. It is now integrated into Baker Tilly.

I am also an auditor, registered with the ROAC, and a tax advisor.

What do you value most in your daily routine? And in being part of Baker Tilly?

Working as part of a team with a group of people who share similar professional and human values, enabling us to meet the needs of clients who rely on our collaboration to carry out their business mission. The ability to listen and participate proactively helps us achieve a common goal previously established with the client or in matters of the firm's governance.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

Participate proactively by being present in the office or with the client during your first years, and don’t hesitate to ask questions or seek support from your supervisors to learn. Focus passionately on your work without comparing yourself to others.

"Workplace flexibility in mature, responsible, and socially conscious companies remains an unresolved issue in Spain."
