Tell us about yourself

My more than 10 years of professional career are almost entirely linked to Baker Tilly. During the first years, I combined audit projects with others aimed at financial and management control, and more and more time was devoted to the latter.

In 2018 I discovered the world of Business Intelligence, and as I was training in this field, I tried to apply these BI solutions to control projects. Convinced of the potential still to be explored in this field, in September 2022 I decided to undertake and devote all my efforts to projects of this kind. Again, linked to Baker Tilly, now as Associate Partner in the BI area.

How do you think the last few years have influenced the way you work?

There is no doubt that social events worldwide have given us a brutal stir to all/ workers, and professional service firms we are not far behind.

In my opinion, it has brought about a fundamental change in the relocation of the projects we carry out. I think it no longer makes sense to talk about the office in Barcelona, Madrid or Murcia, but about areas of Audit, M&A or Digital. This is not a minor change and I believe that, who better know how to adapt to this new organizational structure, we will have an important competitive advantage over other firms.

What do you value most about your day to day?

I think that in my day to day professional, within Baker Tilly, I find everything that can be expected from an ideal job: personal motivation, continuous learning, excellent human treatment, recognition, etc.
