Tell us about yourself
I am currently Director of Audit in Barcelona. I joined Baker Tilly almost six years ago and have more than 13 years of professional experience in finance and, more specifically, auditing.
What do you value most about your day to day? And being part of Baker Tilly?
I especially enjoy the fact that our leaders are always thinking about how to improve and deliver better quality service to our customers. I am proud to be part of an organization that supports young people with strong knowledge and innovative solutions.
What advice would you give to someone starting their career?
My advice would be to go step by step as it is a long-term journey. It is important to develop patience and be open to new challenges that may arise throughout the organization. For me, it’s vital to be willing to ask questions early in your career to try to learn as much as possible from people you think can give you different views and improve your skills.
