What do you value most in your day-to-day life and being part of Baker Tilly?

Feeling that you are listened to and that your judgement is valued. I love having the opportunity to develop new ideas creatively and knowing that they are always welcome at Baker Tilly. Also, the flexibility and the company culture are fundamental, as it allows me to live close to nature, something that really gives me energy and balance. Being part of a firm that allows you to sustain that way of life makes me feel fortunate.

What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?

I would advise them to trust the process, always keeping a curious and open attitude. I think it's important to question things and explore new perspectives, it helps you discover your own path and define your professional goals. With patience, you eventually find your place.
