Tell us about yourself
I am a lawyer specializing in Procedural Law, providing advice mostly to companies in the areas of contracting and litigation. I am a member of the Girona Bar Association, where I was part of the Board of Young Lawyers for two terms. In recent years, I have been awarded in the Best Lawyers directory in the Litigation section.
I have led civil, commercial, and labor matters and acted before all kinds of bodies and instances, procedures, and all types of appeals.
My work focuses on comprehensive client advisory covering multiple areas of law, always with the aim of avoiding litigation by seeking to strengthen the client's position in the face of a potential lawsuit and, if necessary, preparing and processing legal representation from a procedural point of view, in close collaboration with the team of consultants and auditors from the Forensic Area, as well as with the best external advisors in specialized forensic matters.
I currently lead a team focused mainly on labor law.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?
There is increasing legal and procedural complexity, and more agility is required with the client in work, involving ourselves in the client's business decision-making. We also need to be more competitive to have a place in the market.
