Tell us about yourself
Over the last 10/12 years, I have worked at various legal service firms of very different natures, with a multidisciplinary approach, but always focusing on corporate law and M&A.
Currently, I hold the position of Director of Legal Services at Baker Tilly.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?
There has clearly been a paradigm shift and a new way of understanding both the profession and its practice. In my view, the profession of a lawyer can no longer be framed in the classical conception; I am a fervent defender that the good corporate lawyer is one with an entrepreneurial vocation at the service of companies, as this is the only way to understand the vicissitudes of the client's business to anticipate solutions.
What do you value most about your day-to-day life? And about being part of Baker Tilly?
Countless things, but if I have to choose, I clearly opt for having an absolutely committed, professional, and intelligent team, rubbing shoulders with some of the best professionals (and people) I have encountered in my life.
