How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
In the field of tax law, I believe that digitalization and constant regulatory developments have substantially influenced the way we work. Firstly, technology is providing us with new tools to improve and streamline our work.
At the same time, the continuous regulatory evolution requires us to constantly study and update, creating new regulatory frameworks to which we must adapt quickly in order to offer our clients the best solutions.
What do you value most in your day-to-day work? And what do you value most about being part of Baker Tilly?
What I value most is the close-knit and experienced team that we have built up over the years, which makes the day-to-day challenges and problems much easier to deal with.
