Tell us about yourself

My work experience is very diverse, ranging from family businesses to multinationals, participating in their expansion, both inorganic and organic.

As a common factor I would say that I have always worked in service companies and linked to the Corporate area.

In terms of education, I studied Business Studies and an MBA at the University of Barcelona.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?

The year 2020 has been a year of many changes, to the point where change has become "normality".

We must assume that the comfort zone to which we were accustomed is blurring to move to another zone; that of dynamism.

Personally, I see this as something very positive, it encourages us to rethink our business and work models, which makes our day-to-day life much more dynamic and fun.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

That they are aware that change will accompany them throughout their professional career and that they are open-minded to welcome it as an opportunity.

We no longer base our potential solely on our training or experience, but also on our ability to embrace and empower change.

"What I have always valued most about the day-to-day at Baker Tilly is starting it with a smile on my face. The good working environment, the camaraderie and the ease of reconciling your personal life are factors that I value a lot."
