Tell us about yourself

I am currently leading the Tax team at Baker Tilly as a partner in the department.

What do you value most about your day-to-day? And about being part of Baker Tilly?

I value the team we form at the company level and, of course, within the tax team. The flexibility, collaboration, having felt listened to, valued, and promoted since my beginnings in the firm more than 5 years ago.

Likewise, the closeness and collaboration with the network's firms in other countries, with their partners and teams, is another of our great strengths.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?

Teleworking, the almost immediate and efficient connection with everyone (team and clients), and flexibility have been the points we have gained over the last few years.
