Tell us about yourself
I have a degree in Business Administration, specializing in international trade. Since finishing my studies, I have continuously trained in different areas of business management at business schools like ESADE, IESE, or London Business School.
I founded Barcelona Business Landing, a company specializing in M&A processes and landing strategies for companies with commercial and investment interests in Spain.
I have also developed my professional career in the field of business internationalization, with extensive experience in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. I was responsible for the International Promotion Department of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, developing internationalization programs for SMEs and specific programs for startups in Silicon Valley.
Currently, I am a partner in the M&A area.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?
Having visited, worked in, or simply enjoyed more than 60 countries has undoubtedly changed my way of seeing the world, my ability to adapt, my way of working, and relating. Foreign cultures enrich.
What advice would you give to someone starting their career?
For me, continuous training is key to the development of any professional.
Travel, travel, and travel some more... and if you have the opportunity to live in a country with a culture completely different from ours, don't hesitate for a second. Go to Asia.
Entrepreneurship should also be a 'must' in any professional career.
