What do you value most about your day-to-day life and about being part of Baker Tilly?
What I value most about my day-to-day life as a lawyer is the opportunity to constantly face new challenges. Each client, each case, has its own complexity, which allows me to keep learning and growing professionally.
What I value most about working at Baker Tilly is, without a doubt, the team with which I have the great privilege of working. Teamwork is fundamental and I feel great satisfaction in seeing how each member brings his or her unique experience and perspectives to achieve the best results. It gives me great pride to see how, together, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve our goals.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
My advice to someone starting their career would be that the most important thing is to have a proactive attitude and the willingness to constantly learn. It doesn't matter how much technical knowledge you have at the beginning, what will really make the difference is your attitude towards challenges.
A disposition to be adaptable, flexible and face new situations with an open mind will allow you to grow and improve quickly.”
