Tell us about yourself
I have a degree in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares, a Master's degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa and a Diploma in Labour Law from the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica de Madrid. I have been providing my services as a lawyer specialising in the area of labour law since 1991.
I specialise in the design of strategies, management and execution of collective bargaining in all areas, as well as assistance in all types of legal proceedings before any labour court.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
When I started working, our legislative and jurisprudential databases were in the huge physical volumes of Aranzadi. Nowadays, digital databases allow you to reach the necessary information in a more agile way, which allows you to do the work in less time and to be able to take on a greater volume.
Likewise, telematic means, instant messaging, virtual meetings and the submission of documents electronically have meant that you can dedicate yourself to your work from any geographical location and attend to clients from anywhere in a much more effective way.
