Training as a Social Graduate and postgraduate in Labour and Social Security Law. Various specialisation courses and seminars. After 20 years in the banking sector, I moved to the world of consultancy. More than 8 years in the current position, as manager of the EA department.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
The pandemic has brought us new ways of working, and it's here to stay. We have to adapt and move forward with technology, which is our main support. Current trends mean innovating and evolving with the times, while at the same time providing a more complete service to the client.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
In this, as in others, it requires a great deal of dedication, patience, enthusiasm and effort. Try to surround yourself with good people and great colleagues who make the day-to-day work more bearable, and with whom you can share the joys of your achievements.
