Tell us about yourself
Graduated in Business Administration and Management at the Complutense University of Madrid in 2005. Member of the Official Register of Auditors since 2011. I have worked in several auditing firms, accumulating an experience of more than 18 years in the sector. I have participated in both audit and assurance work in a wide range of sectors both nationally and internationally.
Currently, I hold the position of audit director of Baker Tilly in the audit office in Madrid.
How do you think the last few years have influenced the way we work?
Whith the entry of new technological tools, we have the opportunity to improve our competitiveness, as well as the workers' own skills to provide a better service and meet the new challenges we face.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
Having initiative and the desire to learn is crucial to be able to develop your professional career, however, without effort and dedication it would all fall on deaf ears. This professional career is demanding but rewarding once you achieve your small goals along the way. Therefore, perseverance is another value to be taken into account for anyone considering starting in this job.
