Tell us about yourself
Since my first job I have always been in consulting, I believe in the power of transformation that we bring to organizations from technology. A long time ago I studied Business, and immediately I had the opportunity to get involved in technology, first from a transformational point of view and then from a more strategic one. My mission is to promote change, to help organizations maximize their value.
Currently, I am a partner at Baker Tilly and I am part of the steering committee of the Advisory area.
How do you think the last few years have influenced the way we work?
The pace of innovation and its corresponding regulatory consequences is very high, demanding an important effort from organizations.
The team is more important today than ever, and we must ensure that we not only keep up to date but that we can lead the change. It is critical to create teams with diverse capabilities and to be able to operate very quickly and change nimbly.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
On a professional level, keep a constant balance between the necessary specialization and general vision. Maintaining the ability to look at the long term allows us to contribute more value as professionals.
