Tell us about yourself
My professional career has always been linked to the world of strategic and financial consulting.
I graduated in Economics and Business Studies with a postgraduate degree in Negotiation Techniques. I am a Chartered Accountant and Auditor and participated in a training programme at ESADE on Financial Markets.
I had the opportunity to work as a Consultant and Auditor in the banking area, which gave me a broad knowledge of the financial sector, with a strong specialisation in corporate finance, structured operations and refinancing, mainly in the industrial, consumer, energy, automotive, construction and health sectors.
I have also specialised in the development and growth processes of the family business, which allows me to actively participate, as an independent director, in strategic matters and to support the generational handover process of the company's management and decision-making bodies.
I am currently responsible for the Advisory division at Baker Tilly, where we offer forensic services, strategic and financial consulting, transaction services, environmental, sustainability and mergers and acquisitions.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
Digital transformation, process automation and artificial intelligence have brought a higher level of efficiency and responsiveness to our work, in line with what our clients ask of us.
What do you value most in your day-to-day life and being part of Baker Tilly?
The good working environment and being able to work with a committed team in a multidisciplinary and international environment that allows me to offer more transversal and creative solutions.
