We are immersed in a clear digital transformation of the profession driven by artificial intelligence and process automation, which allows us to spend more time on deeper and more strategic data analysis. Although there is a long way to go, being at the forefront of the process is key for those of us who want to be an active part of the change.
What do you value most about your day-to-day life and being part of Baker Tilly?
What I value most is the dynamic and demanding environment of the firm, as well as the opportunity to continuously improve with an extraordinary team. The closeness, trust and mutual support among colleagues are key to our growth, both personally and professionally.
