Tell us about yourself

After several years working in various law firms, in 2015 I started my professional career at Baker Tilly. My career at the firm has been a journey full of learning and enriching challenges. In 2018, I took on the role of head of the employment practice, which allowed me to develop and lead innovative strategies in this area. Three years later, in 2021, I was honoured to become a Partner of the firm, consolidating my commitment and dedication to the growth of our area and Baker Tilly as a whole. This evolution has not only strengthened my professional skills, but has also given me the opportunity to work with an exceptional team that is passionate and committed to excellence.

Personally, I love spending time with my family, especially travelling together. I have three wonderful children who are my source of motivation, and together with my wife, we enjoy exploring new places and creating memories together.

What do you value most about being part of Baker Tilly?

What I value most about being part of Baker Tilly is the ability to face and overcome new challenges, as well as the opportunities for growth that are constantly presented to us. The international reach of our network allows us to collaborate with colleagues from all over the world, sharing knowledge and experiences that enrich our daily work. However, what really stands out for me is the working environment we have cultivated. At Baker Tilly, we are more than colleagues; we are one big family. We have created an environment where solidarity and camaraderie are fundamental pillars. This cohesion and mutual support not only makes working here a rewarding experience, but also drives us to reach higher goals together.

What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?

There is no one-size-fits-all advice, but there are certain values that I consider fundamental. First, learn to work as a team. Collaboration is key to success, and together we are stronger than individually. In this respect, I like very much the phrase of the well-known American entrepreneur, Ray Kroc: "None of us, individually, is as strong as all of us together".

Also, always remain curious and eager to learn. In a constantly changing world, the ability to adapt and grow is essential. And finally, act with integrity and ethics. These values will help you build a strong professional reputation and guide you through difficult times.

"Strive to learn to work as a team. None of us individually is as strong as all of us together"
