Lawyer, with 30 years of experience in business law. Currently, I am a partner of Legal in charge of the litigation and commercial areas. My professional career has focused on advising companies in various sectors (hotel, pharmaceutical, transportation, real estate, etc.), with experience in international projects and contracting, as well as in M&A.
I also have extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, especially in corporate disputes, as well as in bankruptcy law.
How do you think the last few years have influenced the way we work?
In the legal field, especially in corporate law, the recent crises have changed the perspective and the way law firms work. Our clients require a greater knowledge of their business and expect to have a preventive advice and not only reactive to the legal contingencies that arise.
What do you value most in your daily routine? And in being part of Baker Tilly?
Teamwork and collaboration with other areas of the firm in multidisciplinary projects. The challenge of being able to work in a firm with an international vocation and larger projects.
