Tell us about yourself

I started working at Audalia after finishing my studies in Economics at the Complutense University of Madrid. I worked for a number of years in the areas of consulting, auditing and taxation, being an auditor and a graduate in Law. Subsequently, I have specialized in tax advice, being a partner in this area.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?

There are profound changes in the way we work, driven by two main factors. On the one hand, the pandemic, which accelerated online work, demonstrating its effectiveness and full operability. On the other hand, the change in the work culture of the new generations, which prioritizes personal/professional balance over the pursuit of professional success above all else. We must adapt and make the best of it all.

What do you value most in your day-to-day work? What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?

I value knowing that the work I do has purpose, is useful to clients, and that the effort and dedication are worth it by generating a tangible result for the organization and its mission, all while maintaining a balance between the personal and the professional.
