Tell us about yourself
I studied a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management at the Autonomous University of Barcelona;
My professional career began in the restructuring sector, which is why I specialised in this niche market and completed a postgraduate degree in Companies in crisis: prevention, restructuring and insolvency proceedings at the Pompeu Fabra University;
Since then, my day-to-day work has focused on the full development of insolvency proceedings, restructuring and the preparation of economic expert reports;
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
I believe that Covid-19 marked a turning point in the way we work, as the force majeure made us appreciate and understand that with a good team and the right digital tools, you can achieve excellence in your work no matter where you are;
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
I think the best advice that can be given to a person who has his or her first contact with the world of work is not to close himself or herself off from knowledge, as each client and/or situation will provide the opportunity to expand his or her professional and personal knowledge. Likewise, I think it is important to always keep in mind that adversity is an opportunity and a new challenge to keep moving towards success.
