Tell us about yourself
I studied Law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, being part of the first graduating class of this University. Being part of the beginning was a great experience.
I decided to specialise in Tax Law, so I did the Master in Tax Consultancy at ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas) in Madrid. This allowed me to meet people from all over Spain and a change of scenery.
I started working in a law firm where I was lucky to have a great partner, Antoni Mustera, who taught me to analyse in depth, work with dedication and not to take anything for granted. Years later, we joined AddVANTE where, since 2014, I have been a partner in the Tax Planning Department, which I coordinate.
Since then our Department has grown steadily thanks to the good reputation and quality of the service we provide. Within the area I manage, my advice is mainly to family businesses and individuals, public companies and also to third sector entities and private service companies, both national and subsidiaries of international companies.
What do you value most in your day-to-day work?
For me it is very important to have the trust of the team and our clients to solve challenges and new issues. This allows for smooth relations and a very good atmosphere. And I don't want to forget that I love learning and training.
What do you value most about being part of Baker Tilly?
Baker Tilly is a firm that is growing and expanding, which I believe will generate opportunities for all the professionals who are part of it and synergies between the teams. I also value the good relationship that exists within the organisation.
