Tell us about yourself
I started my professional career in 2002 at Banco Santander, where I spent 5 years. I left the Bank in 2007 to work on my own and, that year, I started doing M&A with my own firm. In 2011 I merged with Baker Tilly, as the firm did not offer this service at the time. Currently, I am one of the partners responsible for Baker Tilly's Corporate Finance division, a division made up of 50 professionals, with teams in offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Alicante and Bilbao.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
I have gone from being purely an intermediary to offering a 360º service to the client, advising on M&A from start to finish, offering the client all the services they need to close a deal (intermediation, comprehensive financial advice, tax, commercial, DD, etc.). Our company is very dynamic, made up mainly of young people and, above all, technologically at the forefront of the sector.
