What do you value most about your day-to-day life and being part of Baker Tilly?

What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?

Most importantly, working in something you are truly passionate about,  working in something you are passionate about is fundamental to success and satisfaction in your career. When you love what you do, you feel more motivated, committed and able to overcome challenges. So, my advice would be: find a career that you are passionate about and inspired by, where you can apply your strengths and contribute in a meaningful way.
