Armas Transmediterránea
Naviera Armas Trasmediterránea is the leading shipping group in Spain and one of the most important in Europe in the maritime transport of passengers and ro-ro cargo.
It transports more than 4 million passengers a year, with 26 national and international destinations, 6 Fast Ferries, two of which are the latest generation, the Tagoro Volcano and Taidía Volcano, 13 ferries, and 3 Ro-Ro, that is, a fleet of 22 vessels.
Project objective:
The objective of the project is to accompany the Group in the implementation of an analytical income statement through Power BI, from a technical as well as a business point of view.
Work carried out:
From the Data Analytics area of Baker Tilly, we have carried out a work of accompaniment throughout the months of implementation of the analytical income statement.
In the first phase, we participated in the theoretical design of the same, as well as in the analysis of the different casuistry; later, we formed part of the execution team at the operational level of the scorecard, as well as the design of the final output; and finally, we carried out a monitoring, improvement and mitigation of incidents during the implementation of the same.
