a) To include your data in the GRUPO BAKER TILLY job bank database.
b) If your professional profile is of interest to GRUPO BAKER TILLY, to manage it in order to process your job application and, where applicable, include you in the relevant selection process.
c) To manage any type of information, request, suggestion, or inquiry you may have made about our professional services.
d) To include your data in GRUPO BAKER TILLY's commercial database.
e) To send you informative and/or commercial communications regarding activities, articles of interest, and general information related to our activity, and, where applicable, contracted services/products.

5.2. The legal basis for processing your personal data, i.e., the reason GRUPO BAKER TILLY may process your data, is the consent you have given for this purpose.

5.3. The communication of your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor a requirement necessary to sign any contract, so you are under no obligation to provide it.

As an exception, personal data included in GRUPO BAKER TILLY’s job bank database for the purpose of processing your job application and possibly including you in future selection processes will be retained for a period of three years. This is for your benefit, as it allows GRUPO BAKER TILLY to keep your data in their job bank and potentially include you in future selection processes.

7.3. Notwithstanding the above, as explained in the next section, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time.

This is due to the need and importance of evaluating certain personal aspects related to your professional performance in order to determine whether you are a suitable candidate for a specific job opportunity.

Therefore, the result of such automated processing is that GRUPO BAKER TILLY may include you in one of its selection processes.
