This negotiation strengthens our growth strategy, incorporating 30 professionals specialized in key areas of law, and reinforcing our Tax & Legal team in Barcelona, which already has 250 professionals.

Guillén Bécares, a prestigious law firm based in Barcelona, with a solid track record since 1992, has been exemplarily led by its founding partners Antoni Guillén and Eduardo Bécares. For more than three decades, they have specialized in areas such as commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and labor law. Additionally, they provide advisory services to companies, making them a strategic partner for Baker Tilly in its legal expansion. They currently have 30 employees and an annual revenue close to 3 million euros.
