Expansion of the Advisory division with the integration of Barcelona Business Landing

We started the year with great motivation and an example of this is the signing of the agreement to integrate the Barcelona Business Landing team into the Advisory division.

This is a key moment for the firm, as we welcome a highly qualified M&A team, led by Alex Wendt and Lluís Lluch, who will bring added value to the firm, at a time when the mid-market M&A market is preparing to face a 2024 full of opportunities and challenges. The M&A market is set for this year 2024, with a positive trend for growth and innovation.

Industry experts project an upward trend in M&A activities, driven by global economic revival and availability of capital for strategic investments. In addition, digitization and technological transformation are expected to continue to be key factors driving new business opportunities and collaborations in various sectors.
