Social

Organizations must act diligently to respect human rights that may be related to the development of their activities, first and foremost, companies must assess the impact on their employees and achieve a more equitable working environment.

This includes managing aspects such as the creation of jobs that offer decent working conditions and fair pay, respect for employees' rights, job security, diversity, equality, work-life balance, training and professional development, etc.

In addition, organizations must involve their immediate environment, the local communities in which they operate. This approach can take the form of encouraging local hiring, purchasing local products, respecting local heritage and culture, promoting initiatives and programs aimed at improving social issues in community life (volunteering, donations, integration of groups at risk of social exclusion, etc.).

Finally, organizations must promote a more ethical production chain that respects human rights. Organizations that incorporate the social dimension of sustainability will achieve not only a more motivated and committed workforce and a greater ability to attract talent, but also an improvement in their corporate reputation, which will facilitate consolidation with existing customers and the attraction of new ones.
