Ethical Channel of Complaints, Information and Communications

Baker Tilly has an Ethical Channel for Complaints, Information and Communications that allows to raise any possible irregularity, non-compliance or behavior contrary to ethics, legality and the rules that govern the organization.

Staff may make communications in writing or verbally, or both, although the internal reporting system is the preferred channel for reporting actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of European Union law or that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense, and in any case those that involve financial loss to the Treasury and Social Security.

The channel is based on the principles of confidentiality and prohibition of retaliation. It is possible to communicate anonymously, although we encourage you to identify yourself so that we can contact you in case we need additional information.

The Ethical Channel for Complaints, Information and Communications complements and does not replace the usual communication channels of the organization with employees, collaborators and other third parties with whom it maintains a direct working, commercial or professional relationship. In this sense, the interested parties will try to use these channels for the effective resolution of each case, prior to the Channel.

This channel is not the authorized channel to raise queries and/or doubts about the interpretation of the legality and rules of the organization. To do so, please send an email to the following address compliance@bakertilly.es.

External Channels of Information and Communication to the competent authorities.

We inform you that the Ethical Channel for Complaints, Information and Communications is the preferred channel for reporting possible irregularities, however, you can also make use of the external channels provided by the different competent authorities. In Catalonia, for example, the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection is the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia (https://seuelectronica.antifrau.cat).
